OS X Lion Server Install Network Problem

I was installing OS X Lion Server on my Mac Pro 1.1 with OS X Lion 1.7.5, but I got the error message: Downloading of Essential serversoftware software is not possible due to a network problem.

I have searched for fixes and I have tried to fix it by changing internet settings.

Is there a fix for it or is it a stupid bug that can't be fixed?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5), A Mac Pro 1.1
